Agent Model

This setting controls how freely the agent varies its responses based on Datastore data.
Lower values yield predictable, data-aligned answers, while
higher values allow for more flexible and diverse responses.
At 0, the agent`s replies are fully consistent and repetitive for the same input.

When enabled, resolving a conversation archives the current history and ensures the next message from the client starts a clean, new thread. (Required for NPS to work in continuous channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram).
